To make a hire quotation, simply fill out our online form. Please make sure you fill in all of the boxes so we have all of your event details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Once we have received your event details, we will put together a quote which will include delivery costs and everything you need to know.
We will send this across to you as soon as we can.
Once you have taken the time to go through your quote, you will then need to accept the quote to proceed with your order and secure your date.
Our quotes last for 7 days.
Once you have agreed your quote price, you will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your date. Please note that if you do not pay your deposit, and we have other enquiries, it will be done on a first by first paid basis so it is super important that you pay on time.
We will provide you with our bank details, or a secure payment link to pay your deposit.
Approximately a month before your event date, we will be in touch to run through the finer details with you to make sure that our hire team know exactly where your items are going and know timings.
You will be required to pay the remaining balance a month before your event date and will be required to provide a card to have on file for a security deposit.
So the big day has finally arrived... yay!
Our team will arrive on the time as agreed to set up your hire items. They will set up your items as requested, and show anyone how to move safely should they need to be moved during the day. You have not got to worry about a thing.
