Offering on the day coordination in most of our packages, we will liaise with your venue and remain on site, or return after your ceremony to relocate and reuse items.

I first met the team at the NEC wedding show. I desperately needed a venue dresser that would listen to my vision and try to make it a reality. I saw their blossom trees on display at the NEC and instantly fell in love with the look.Tina spent months back and forth with me, through countless emails and various meetings, listening to my vision and creating it with me.
Every single thing you see in the photos on my review is what they provided. The decoration of the fountain where we got married. The decoration of the room. The name settings, seat decorations, charger plates, cutlery, flower wall, LED light, card postbox, MR&MRS lights, sweet cart, signage, EVERYTHING. And having one team who comes in and takes care of everything was priceless.
They told me when we first met, if you choose us as your decorator, you'll be our daughter for the day, and we'll make sure it's as perfect as we'd make it for our own daughter. And even though I had a vision in my head, the reality surpassed any vision I could have thought of. Everything was utterly breathtakingly beautiful. The pictures are spectacular, but the real vision through our eyes were unforgettable. I've even included my reaction photos. I was completely lost for words and couldn't do anything other than cry in disbelief at what I was seeing. They poured their heart and souls into our wedding and I could not be more grateful that I met them that day at the NEC. They are the most wonderful people I had the pleasure of working with for our wedding and I'm utterly blessed that they were able to make my (our, but my 😂) dreams a reality in front of my eyes.
Everyone who came said that the venue was without a doubt the most beautifully decorated venue they'd ever seen.
We had hotel guests that were nothing to do with us walking past and asking if they could take photos and who oue designer was and that it looked amazing. It was remarkable. And was undoubtedly the best money we spent on the whole wedding.

Not only did our vision come to life, but the entire process felt completely effortless and entirely stress-free. From the moment I came across Louise Victoria’s Instagram, I was instantly sold. Louise and her team offer the ultimate stress-free package — and when you’re planning a wedding, that’s absolutely key to making sure everything goes to plan. And my goodness, did Louise and Josh deliver!
We had been in touch for around 18 months before the big day, and I finally met the lovely couple the night before our wedding. Even though they’re not local, they made the long journey to us the night before — something that meant the world. From the moment I met them, it felt like I’d known them for years. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to be part of our big day.
Not only did they go above and beyond with our décor, but they even joined in with our wedding celebrations in the evening — something we’ll never forget.
We waited four months to receive our final wedding photos so we could properly share just how stunning their work truly was. Louise Victoria Wedding & Event hire are incredible! My partner and I brought our wedding forward by 18 months and down sized our venue at last minute which Louise transformed into a beautiful, elegant and pretty reception that I could only dream of! Nothing was too much for Louise either and even though we had to change guest numbers a couple of times this was easily accommodated with no fuss. This helped the process become a little more stress free!
The decorations are beautiful and of such a high standard! We were always able to contact Louise when we needed to and had replies quickly.
The package choices are fab and cater to all and such a good price! I trusted Louise to design our wedding reception function room how she would like and my it didn’t disappoint! I can not tell you how many compliments we got from our guests at how beautiful the decorations were! We had the 4ft light up love letters which looked amazing and not to forget the post box! Such a great touch. The flower balls were talk of the town too and a great centre piece if you want big but to be able to see your guests all around the table!
Honestly beautiful and I will keep recommending to everyone I meet!

The chairs complimented our theme and added a really nice classic touch to the room decoration!
Louise Victoria went the extra mile to give us other ideas on how to drape a chair for my late mother.

We hired a flower arch from this company for our wedding and it was stunning!! The set up was quick and efficient by the team and we had the arch for the whole day and night! It made a perfect back drop for photos and just made our venue look complete! Team were very friendly and helpful (at all stages booking and on the day) Would 100% reccomend! :)
